An even stranger mushroom

This looks like some slightly burned sulfuric outcrop, but it is a mushroom:

Olympus XZ-1, 28mm, ISO100, f8, 1/2s

This one looks edible to me, except for the spider, but don't take my word for it:

Olympus XZ-1, 28mm, ISO100, f8, 1/250s
