It is 'Burcht te Wedde', it is owned by a foundation. That runs it as a hotel for children who have/ had tough challenges in their young lifes.
It is located at the norh-east of Nederland, in a village called 'Wedde' it is close to where I live, only a bicycle trip of about half an hour.
