if you see in our world so many people is addicted to their phones and its hundred percent not good for their health. its ok to use phones but you have to do exercises it will not take to much time 40 minutes a day its enough. so manage your time every day and bit 40 minutes for exercises its good for your health and it has so many benefits. do not be lazy its only 40 minutes.
