What is Volume in Cryptocurrencies.
Hello everyone welcome back, Assalamu Alaikum. How are you all? I hope everyone is very well, I am Alhamdulillah fine too.
I have been studying about Tron Blockchain,cryptocurrency,trading and etc for a few days now.
Thanks to our founder and moderators for this nice community.This is my another new post in Tron Fan Club community.
In today's post we are going to learn What is Volume in Cryptocurrencies.
What is volume in Crypto Coins?
Volume is basically the quantity of coins that transaction at a specific time whenever you're looking at a chart, this volume is these little things,
that you see at the bottom if it's red it means that it was a down period if it's green it means it was a green period and the total amount of quantity transacted will be the height of the bars.
So you can see how much transactions happen at any particular time, very important why because you know what if you have a product that goes up in price.
But it doesn't have a lot of volume what does that tell you it doesn't tell you much right because let's say this you have this product here, and it's going up now why is it going up is it,
because a lot of people are buying it or is it because there's a lack of sellers it could be either or how could we know that by looking at the volume if the volume is low you know little bars will show.
If the volume is low, that means there's not a lot of people transacting and that means it's not specifically,
because a lot of buyers want to buy if it's maybe there's a lack of sellers and that's why it's going up but if the volume is really high, and you can see that a lot of people are interested in one coin,
then that gives you a more confidence in the direction it's going so when there's a lot of volume it shows you that there's interest there's more people who are interested in that coin
And it's obviously something we want to see with cryptocurrencies because the more people know about it the more people use it the more the more value it would have gradually.

Volume is another important factor when we are Trading Cryptocurrencies including Tron. Personally, I'm always using Volume indicator to see the volume of the present market before taking an entry for a position.
