Fast food day
Today is one of those days. We have been sitting in the car 🚘 (2 boys, a toddler and a baby 👶) and a daddy who’s bored out of his mind.
Grandma 👵 is having her denture made by the dentist. The dentist and she are having semi-arguments the past few days. This dentist thinks that this is the hardest case that she has ever encountered because the “teeth are so crooked and messed up!” She claims she has never spent this much time on anyone. But in any case they’re taking a lot of time.
The kids have been okay for the first hour. They are happy 😃 😆 to play in the 🚗 car because the idea of going to the dentist to see grandma gets new teeth seems so grand. Not anymore. They’re now starving.
Usually we try to eat dinner 🍴 at home 🏠 every night. It doesn’t look 👀 like dinner 🥘 at home 🏡 is possible today. They’re eating McDonald’s food. Fast food is bad, I know. It’s food though and I have four hungry kids.
I try to get the least “unhealthy” food which usually consists of ordering for them the Happy meal. They are 4 chicken nuggets, apple slices, fries and a carton of milk . The toy keeps them busy for another 20 minutes. Alright maybe 15.
Healthy food for another day.
