Soup! There it is!

Soup, the great culinary saviour of mankind.

How many millenia has mankind been eating soup? How many wars were won because one side had better soup than the other? how many people would still be around if only they had a bowl of soup to fill their belly?

There's nothing like it either, when you eat a big bowl of delicious soup and it just hits the spot, I swear you get a physical body high, you feel enlightened, it's like you've temporarily transcended to another realm where the infinite answer to life is.. soup.. well.. or maybe that's just me.

The photo above is a little soup we made at work it's cream of parsnip and zucchini with a bit of shaved parmesan, chives (gotta look sexy) and some house made foccacia bread.
