Your experience in teaching challenge vs individual @nsijoro

Greetings friends

What i_20241022_101335_0000.jpg

Steemit challenges changed all of a sudden and my eye awakened by this. Before it did change, I never knew it was going to take this format, but in season 19, I joined the teaching team because their courses were interesting and more or less practical. @nahela can remember how I wrote about pasta and some pantries, and @miftahulrizky can testify how I showcased practical teaching as an experienced student teacher. The @kouba01 course was a bit complicated; had it been I joined when he started, maybe season 20 wouldn't have been so ambiguous that I couldn't even follow up anymore. That is why I had to cling to @alejos7ven and @sergerk challenges so that I can begin from scratch even though I still miss out on some weeks.

I must say the challenges were all awesome, only those with interest trooped in, and the number of participants was reduced. I am sure we have Steemian who never joined any of season 20 challenges for once, that's sad. it was no more the normal engagement challenge we all knew but something exceptional; it was more of a course, teaching, and learning challenge. I heard season 21 will be called the Steemit Learning Challenge. Even the teachers were also open to learning; they tried to participate in other courses. I wish we had a start over that could be in subsequent seasons because true learning is achieved by repetition; so far, if I practice the course again, the tendency to forget is slim.

Some challenges I joined during season 20

Some courses I attempted

I must commend the teaching team and individual challengers on the course put forth. I would love to give a suggestion. Someday we will all have to reflect on those teachings in order to make it more accessible. Markdown can make it possible, so make a compilation that is a summary having all the courses intact (links included) and a brief intro of each of them, so that one willing to learn in spare time can click on the summary and access all the six-week courses through sublinks. The reason is that though the challenges were so interesting, many of us were limited and couldn't get access to some materials, which is why some never showed up in some challenges.

If you say the Challenges were not, tough, can I see your hands up, they were, and each time I read most courses, it was as if I was writing exams in medical courses like human anatomy or we are steemit student affiliated to Oxford University. If you participated in Season 20 courses, you will agree with me that the most complicated courses were those of week 2. It weakened my ability to write. I read the @dexsyluz course twice before I could have a clue, and at the beginning of each week, I will be like, This week I must participate in at least 2 challenges in a day, but that wasn't even possible. I spent hours making a post, and most times a day, and it was as if I wasn't serious but I know how serious I was about each challenge. I even became sick in the middle of most of them because I sat down outside reading for so long and, as a matter of fact, outside in the evening so as not to get distracted by my siblings; it was indeed a challenge.

As the next season approaches we hope to see more courses, thrilling ones, ones that will both develop our skills here and in the world we find ourselves, an increased number of challengers accepted to challenge other individuals as well as the teaching team, as we are here to learn by practicing, I have learnt my lesson, so I would love my dear friends @pandora2010 @ikwal @harferri @wakeupkitty to say something about the now steemit learning challenge... Thank you so much for stopping by, and I would love to thank @drhira for organising such a beautiful contest.

It was made clear that the SEC contests like we knew them would end.
