Tennis boxing or reflex boxing

This is one of my all time favorite exercises to do... And it's for absolutely every one... And have alot of benefits. - training the eys - coordination stamina reflex and lots of more... Keep you in shape all over do it for 15 to 30 min... Some one here on steemit asked me how I make this... So i post pictures how to make it... Try it and have a wonderful Sunday 🌟
