Greetings all foodies, this week East meets West - Tortilla Sushi Sandwich.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. I say a video is worth 25 pictures per second 😎.
Ingredients:
Cucumber, Red Paprika, Rice, Nori, Fish, Philadelphia Cream Cheese and Tortilla lol
If you don't want to bother with youtube I have animated GIFs
We first have to cut the cucumber, the red paprika and the fish. The taste of fresh vegetables will balance with the rice and the fish.
I put a thin layer of rice on a sheet of Nori. The Cream Cheese will move the Sushi to the next level.
Almost ready, a sharp knife is essential on this step.
