❣️I made masala chicken and bitter gourd bhaji❣️

How are you all on Steemit? I hope you are well by the grace of God. I am also well in the infinite mercy of Allah Ta'ala. I pray that Allah Ta'ala keeps everyone well and protects everyone's family.

Today I will share with you a recipe of my own making. Since I live abroad we always cook for ourselves so one of my favorite dishes is Masala Murgi and Karla Baji this recipe I will share with you today and write a short article on how I made it.

First I take the chicken out of the fridge and soak it then shred the chicken.

Then cut the three gourds into small pieces to fry the gourds.

Then grind onions, garlic, green chillies and tomatoes into small pieces. I have half a kilo of chicken. Chop two pieces of tomato two pieces of onion and 8 to 10 pieces of green chillies and one garlic.

First I make the masala chicken. First, pour enough oil in a large pan, then lightly fry the onion and garlic, then add half a spoonful of turmeric powder, half spoonful of chili powder, half spoonful of salt, one spoonful of coriander powder and one spoonful of chicken masala with some water. When it is boiled, add the raw chickens. Then I add tomatoes and green chillies and cook them for about a quarter of an hour, then my masala chicken is done. Before removing from the oven, cut the coriander leaves into small pieces on the masala chicken to make the chicken more palatable.

In another oven I make karala bhaji. Basically, gourd is very good for the body, so I often try various foods with gourd. Today I made Korlar Bhaji. First, add oil and then add onion and garlic. When it turns brown, add half teaspoon of turmeric powder and half teaspoon of coriander powder. I keep folding and then the bitter gourd is ready.
