My actual useful pocket knife
A few days ago my friend @qwerrie commented on one of my posts about the Swiss army knife i used to illustrate the useful things i have been doing.
I was really happy because it is always better to receive the recognition of the real users as we are all brothers and sisters in this social media things.

I promised him i would take a picture of mine and use it next time
So i remembered i had one in the car and when i got out to buy some stuff thought of taking the picture... But of course i had forgotten my phone at home... So i did the next best thing.
I grabbed the knife and took it home with me.
I think this own i stole from my wife because even thought i lost the little pliers and the toothpick, it is in great shape, as opposed to those that are actually mine which from heavy use and abuse are battered and broken as hell.
That is not a problem.
Did you know that if you bring it to any authorized store or send to the factory, they will fix them and make them new for you for free ?
That is what i call BELIEVING in YOUR product!
Years ago a friend who lives in Switzerland was working in an authorized dealer (a souvenir shop) and he noticed i had a small black one i got 20 years ago as a gift from the company i used to work. That one had been scorched by welding, had both blades broken and was missing one of the plastic sides, but still useful as screwdriver and cork screw.
He sequestered it from me and one week later he gave me what looked like a new one, it even had the logo of the company that gifted it to my in the first place.
Free of charge, as good as new.
Because when you believe in what you are doing you are not scared of what your customers will do to your product!
Some people might want to take that as an example, the world would be a better place.
"Where there is no guidance, a nation falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety."
Proverbs 24:6

I had a swiss army knife and I lost it somewhere, not sure where. I now have a gerber I carried in Iraq with me everywhere and it has become me new best friend.
Show us a picture of the Gerber :)
I used to carry them with me all the times until i started loosing them to airport security.. then they became a drawer thing
Here you go!

if everyone would do the labour of love, world definitely would be a better place. but instead... time is out of joint, as Shakespear said.
btw, my knife is sharp and looks new, almost intact -- cause I used it not much.
Heheh you are so right!
BTW I\m a cook all my knives are dangerously sharp :P
Even the broken ones, last time i used someone elses cooking knive i ended up almost loosing a finger... blunt knives are way more dangerous than sharp ones.
Blunt need force, while sharp ones just need movement
