Hello fellow steemians, i salute you all and i hope you all are blessfully receiving grace where ever you are in the world. I most say the host and organizer of this great contest have done a wonderful job this far, @kiwiscanfly and @steemitblog we say thank you. Being on the diary game each day has really been so exciting to me personally and i won't wanna miss a day. I just enjoy reading through lots of nice diary entries from steemians all over. While i love reading, i enjoy sharing my day as well and in this post i am going to be sharing how i spent my day on the 02/09/2020, please read along.
Dear Diary
Simple flavoured cake for breakfast
It was a long and very silent night in Bamenda northwest region of Cameroon following the excessive gunshots that took place in town the previous day, i couldn't sleep so i stay online for most of the night and by 5:15am i was up to do my morning devotion. After finishing with my devotion i went back to bed to get some rest, at least i was now sure nothing happen during the night. By 8:13am i woke up feeling very hungry, so i hurried burshed and when to the kitchen to see what i could have as breakfast fast. Unfortunately nothing so i checked the fridge got out some cake.
After having my cake, i then sort out to do some lundry. I did washed a few clothes and shoes and after that i was feeling some cold so i decided get a little test of the morning sun.
I did had plans to go out for some errands but i wasn't still sure of the calmness in town so i called some friends in town to find but i was informed that the town was still not safe that the military and the separatist were still shooting all over. Feeling frustrated i when back to bed.

By afternoon at about 1:36pm i woke up sat in bed chatting online with fellow steemians in our steemalive community WhatsApp group. We always have a lot to talk about especially on strategies to make our community grow.

EVENING PERIOD
My evening arrived so early as i woud've wanted. Owing to more gunshots in town during the day everyone was glued indoors in our neighborhood. By 7:30pm while we sat in the living room watching news, some gunshots sarted again right inside our neighborhood just infront of the house so we all when down on the floor. We stayed steel for over an hour in fear of what could happen. Later i then urged everyone to stay quiet in their rooms. It was really scary, we hoped no one gets shot while we hoped to find out why the gunshots came that close right into our neighborhood the next morning and thats how my day ended......"in fear".
