Something I've learned is that you almost never go wrong assuming the most corrupt, self-serving, and/or elitist motivations behind the actions of any politician. With very rare exceptions, that goes double for those claiming to be friends of the people. In this article, I talk about Pelosi's decision to stall stimulus talks for months, only to end up taking a worse deal.
