[EP86] - TEST YO SELF!

Hope you're all well!
It's nearly been a month since I started training for American Ninja Warrior, and I'm coming up to my first self-test after I did my baseline on January 1st 2019. I'm nervous and excited.
Testing yourself is essential for working out if you're on track, need to step it up or wasting your time with some exercises. The problem with training and exercising, is that it's really hard to track progress... and that's of course, especially impossible if you never test yourself to create that baseline.
Without an accurate idea of progress, it's super easy to get discouraged and give something up... so many people start the year full of exciting ideals to strive for, only to lose inspiration a month or so in... tracking progress and having mini-goals is a great way to stay motivated and keep striving for improvement.
