Thediarygame season 3 for 14th July, 2021|| planting Coconut in the farm, getting the last of the corn from the farm and the pumpkin leaf, getting my mixed cereals ready, And finally meeting up with @eliany
MY DIARY
Last night, by 8:30pm, I had a chat with my fellow women in our Whatsapp group to determine why there were not active as they used to be. Most of them gave their reasons which were understandable. Below is the screenshot of when the chatting began
Below are some of the problems the African women voiced out they are facing.
I think of what to publish, and sometimes trying to participate in Contest I may not have the required items to use for the contest😔
I personally don’t usually much time left for me after minding my kids and others activities.
Poor electricity and poor network is another challenge I face
Honestly, sometimes it's what to post and contests too,I don't always have the requirements or Maybe one personal problem or the other 😔😔😔
For me , I feel discouraged that after putting in all, the post isn't appreciated, so I just sparingly make post in the community
- Most contest rules not clear
- Joining all steemwomen social media, is it the criteria for selection?
Good evening everyone...
My challenge so far is always about what to write that can be regarded as a good and original content
There are so many things on my mind to talk about in the community but my back up pictures are mainly an online pictures and the community don't support it
That's why I hardly post
It is understandable why these problems exist but I also encouraged them not to give up posting. I also proffered some solutions and gave them link to FQA from the steemit platform for them to read and get back to me. The essence is for them to get more use to the platform.
After the discussion, I couldn't sleep again so I stayed up, doing other things until past 3am before I slept off. This made me no to be awake early but I still managed to.
After morning chores and worship, we went to the farm to get assistance from a friend who promised to show us how best to plant coconut so that it will not die.
According to her, you don't cover the coconut with the same soil you digged out but with a sandy sand. That way, it will be protected from being eaten by termite.
So there in the farm, she showed us how it is planted and it was done. See pictures below
After which, we piled up stones around it as you can see from the pictures above
We then started plucking the remaining corn from the farm as well as the vagetable.
GETTING MY MIXED CEREALS READY
I have been sun drying my cereals since 2 days ago. I was greatly disturbed by rain but they were ready yesterday and I fried them all.
So today, when I came back from the farm, I took them to the commercial mill for milling. I couldn't wait because I needed to go to the office to meet up with @eliany who told me that one of the people that we held online class for about steemit was coming to the office so we can assist her sign up.
I left the cereals there to the office, while I told @madilyn02 to go look after the cereals. I met @eliany but she said the person has been able to sign up on her own. I also got a call from my husband's office from two interested persons who wanted to come to the office for me to help explain steemit more to them. But unfortunately, it began raining heavily that they couldn't make it.
I and @eliany worked in the office till the rain subsided before we went back home.
To be a wife, a mother and a steemian is not an easy one because I was still coming online to do my verification and posting too even while on my way to and fro wherever I went to. However, having a burning desire to work as a steemian in my capacity gives me joy and so, I don't count them as a burden but as something I enjoy doing. It is my pleasure to do the work.
Thank you all for visiting my post today and to see how it all went through. Trust you enjoyed the reading. Did you gain anything? Let me know at the comment section. I love you all.
