Okay thank you for this question, to me i think first of all a right Is a privilege granted to all citizens of a particular country or region. A right can also be God given and that can not be taken away by anyone.

Equal rights therefore talking about a situation whereby both the man and the woman irrespective of their color have the same privileged in the society. Irrespective of their age and status.

Equal rights underlooks the gender by focuses on merits and hard work. This means that anyone who deserves something will be given the honor irrespective of their status.

Do you think we all deserve equal opportunities in terms of merit? Explain!

Well, yes i think we all deserve equal opportunities in terms of merits irrespective of gender and color. We are living in a world today whereby a lot of women are pursuing greater Achievements, such as education and careers, therefore it will be unfavorable to deny them any merits if deserved.

However, in my own opinion there some institutions in life that I think a man has more merit than the woman. And an example of such institution is marriage. Marriage was designed and the man was made to be the head and the woman a helper.

Furthermore, we cannot really equate a man to a woman because each and everyone of them have their specific roles. The woman is a weaker vessel while the man is stronger. Therefore this gives the man authority and dominance.

That's why Most times it is required for women to submit under the leadership of a man. That's natural and It was Gods original plan.

In this advanced century, do you believe we all are growing and getting equal opportunities in personal and professional life? Share your opinion.

To answer this question i would say yes, In this advanced century I think we all are getting equal opportunities in personal and professional life.

I said yes because , you see most women now are not just house wifes like in the past. Most of them pursue their own dreams. We even have presidents today that are women and also in great positions of authority and power. Therefore It is possible for everyone to have or get equal opportunities In life.

If you get a chance to change anything, which things would you like to change, to keep the balance in equal rights?.

Well if I have the chance to change something it will be the equal right to education. I want everyone to have equal rights to education to any level of their choice.

Do you believe equal rights can help to improve a country's status? Describe how?

Yes equal rights can help boost a country's status. However in our quest for Gender equality, we shouldn't violate God's original plan which is the man is the leader and the women will summit. If we have that In mind then we will have a more peaceful and God glorifying world.

Thank you for reading.
