Week 12: #introduceyourself Curation Post
The community continues to eagerly build an ecosystem that is becoming more welcoming to new users as they are the fuel to continued adoption and engagement. More communities and projects continue to onboard new accounts taking advantage of the account creation feature which I myself have also done. I am up to 7 accounts claimed and eagerly await for the moment that I can delegate resource credits for those accounts in order to properly onboard and support new users that I can bring into the ecosystem. In the meantime, I hope to continue supporting new users through my curation efforts which hopefully point them in the right direction to start their journey here on the platform. @sea-to-sky is a young student looking for her next adventure as she just finished traveling Europe for 2 months. She like adventure sports like surfing and acrobatics and looks forward to sharing her experiences and adventures through her blog on #STEEM. She also will be starting her university experiences and studying Philosophy and Psychology and plans to see that evolution influence her posts.

@sm-pro is an example of how projects and DApps continue to attract and sign up new users to the ecosystem. A friend introduced him to @steemmonsters and given his experience playing Magic The Gathering it caught his attention. He signed up for a #STEEM account and bought his first starter pack. I look forward to seeing how his experience in one DApp integrates him into the ecosystem where so much more can be done. He also spent money to be involved so this is also an example of bringing fiat into the system via a DApp and what we need to see more of in the future.

@fiftypercent is a new user who is up for a challenge in achieving a 150% ROI for his participation in the #STEEM ecosystem! He says that although not an investor nor trader, he likes to make money and will do so here by blogging, using bidbots, compete in contest and playing @steemmonsters! An interesting approach to set a goal and execute for sure. From his wallet he has also put up money as he started with almost 15 STEEM from @blocktrades. It will be interesting to follow his progress and the approaches he takes to achieve his goal!

@bbqdad (love the name) is a poet, pilot and dad who has moved to Alaska to pursue his writing passion! Prior to this, he worked for 40 years as a computer programmer and raised two daughters who are now Doctors! In his introduction, he shares some of his artistic passions that are truly an inspiration for those pursuing new challenges in one’s life. I look forward to seeing what content he can produce for the community here on #STEEM!
I hope this to be an evolving process to the benefit of the community so please continue providing feedback to support these and all the new users coming to the platform. I am looking forward to more new users coming and engaging with the community to solidify the social aspect of the #STEEM blockchain.

I am seeing plenty of new players coming on Steem Monsters to play with starter packs and it is great because matched are being found really quickly.
