My Actifit Report Card: January 6 2019
It was a great day outside as the temperatures normalized after a cold morning so I could not resist to go outside for a quick run. Instead of taking my normal 5k route, I cut to a shorter route and ran a little quicker to push myself a bit to start increasing my pace in running. I got back home feeling pretty good so I got on the treadmill for another 45 minutes to walk while I caught up on my feed.
keep run every morining its very good to health and make your day active
It is always a good feeling to make more than 10k steps. :)
