Faces are full of expression. The eyes, lips, tilt of the face, - everything tells a story of the heart.
I am not a portrait artist. But I love portrait art.
I like doing “Concept / Expressive Portraits".
For me a portrait must necessarily tell a story. It must express character as well as have physical resemblance.
Simply an accurate photographic reproduction of the physical features maybe great technical skill. But it is not an artistic portrait. Simply put, it is not art for me.
A portrait must possess a mood and embody the character of the muse.
These are two portraits that I made one after another. They are connected by the same thought.

In the course of life, we meet people with whom we connect. But situations pull us apart.
It is like falling in love with the right person at the wrong time ! And it happens all the time 😊.
You move away, because that is the right thing to do. But the memories stay…
