HWC contest #57: Food Diary Game - WEEK -6 by @neelofar (31- 5-2024)

My grandmother prepared our traditional kolcha meal today. She has been making this recipe since she was a young child. She kneads flour with jaggery syrup, fennel, and other components to produce it. She fried the mixture in oil after that. Our community adores the delectable kolcha that is produced as a result, especially when it is served with tea.

In our region kolcha is a highly valued delicacy. A distinct flavor is produced by the sweetness of the jaggery and the whisper of fennel. It is a favorite for breakfast or a tea-time snack for everyone in the neighborhood.

I made a tasty beef rice dish for lunch. I grilled the beef until it was tender after marinating it in seasonings. After that, I combined the tasty beef with some steamed rice and added a few vegetables for flavor and nutrition.

Everyone in the kitchen was excited to sample it as soon as they smell it. My family loved the beef rice which came out to be incredibly excellent. We ate it with homemade pickles and a side of fresh salad. It is a filling lunch that simple to make and has a strong flavor.I eat cold watermelon 🍉 at after Noor and also eat some snakes.

I made a wonderful chicken curry for supper. I cooked the chicken until it was quite soft simmering it in a thick spicy sauce. The curry was served with plain rice which took up all the delicious goodness.

The whole house had a wonderful scent from the spices. We enjoyed some nice wonderful lassi to round out our lunch. The curry spice was well balanced by the creamy yogurt beverage. Everyone enjoyed the simple filling supper which brought the day to a joyful end.
