I overslept this morning so I didn't get much done on my list here

Morning Weight: 250.8 lb
Morning Bodyfat %: 31.6
BMI: 33.3
Resting Heart Rate: need to charge fitbit
Sleep: ~9.5 hours
Last fast: 28 hrs
Current fast: 17 hrs and counting
Blood Glucose: can't find my monitor
Blood Ketones: can't find my monitor
Mood/Feeling: I feel like I could sleep more. Maybe I'm in a catch up phase.

Food:
I decided the fat fast wasn't necessary. Made myself a chicken crust pizza yesterday. People online seem to get much crispier crusts than I do. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. But it still comes out pretty tasty.

Word of the day: vouchsafe

  • ... and I have to start actually working

I got the 10 ideas idea from James Altucher (and Earl Nightingale for that matter). I take inspiration for what the 10 ideas should be about from the random word of the day at merriam-webster. Beyond inspiration, the list may diverge pretty wildly from the root term. It's not about accuracy or even good ideas, but the practice of coming up with ideas. It's just riffing on a theme. Eventually they will be good ideas a higher percentage of the time.
