Half full or half empty?

         Well, yes, this type of person exists, along the way I've come across an infinite number of people who are willing to comment out of place on anything that doesn't belong to them and here's our question: what right do these people have, they don't ask for a right, they feel they have one and when in fact they don't?

         Recently reading certain posts on this platform, I read a very interesting publication of a work that I personally think is very beautiful, about the new image of @cervantes, their projects, their work, the people who work on this project, when suddenly you can see that comment totally out of place of someone who criticized the work they have been doing, what I found disconcerting, are those who criticize but are happy when they receive a good vote from some curator of Cervantes, ironic not? When we don't know how a team works, we usually criticize and reproach them, this kind of users usually ignore them, because they are people who don't find the way to be noticed, they are only there to criticize other people's work, with what right? again I stress, they don't have it! and their sad reality is that they will never have it.

         The envious and empty people will always be like that, they will want to unload all their poison to third parties in what they say they have''base'', but who gives them that power? NOBODY, ABSOLUTELY NOBODY! are zeros to the left wanting to have their five minutes of fame with any nonsense that comes out of their mouth, the power to harm or affect only gives them the potential affected or not.

         What should we focus on? in continuing to do our job, getting better and better every day, focusing on the results not on the opinions of others, more if you see the good fruits of it yourself, only the good concept you have of yourself matters; Obviously we are not perfect, human beings are based on a series of constant changes that help us or improve or worsen in the worst case, so in life we must take only the good and maybe even the bad, said the worst way and yes, those "Trolls" never lack, so it is better to get used to and learn to handle these types of people without being affected by what they say or do not say, learn to laugh at them, because their purpose is to want to hurt you directly or indirectly and lower your self-esteem saying: You're no good' when in fact you're no good, if we can study it and get something good out of the bad we can do it too.

         It's always easier to be affected by a destructive criticism, it can make you doubt. Am I doing it right? Is it worth it? Is my work, my time valued? and an endless number of questions and doubts that go through your mind in a matter of seconds, but what happens? These questions are only asked by those who are willing to analyze the terrain even in the worst case to improve, good leaders are like that, listen, read, analyze, accept their mistakes and work on it, bad leaders will always say: I don't give a damn, it's not worth your opinion! they may even try to humiliate you, believe me on this I have long stories, today I can say that I feel almost immune to say it to destructive criticism, especially from those who say they call themselves "leaders" or think they are someone in this huge sea.
