Country Representative Report, Week Ending 04/04/2022 - Club75

Within the past week, I led a contest for the Ghanaian community where members were asked to share their talents with the community, we had a good number of entries and the entries were also varied. At the end of the contest, I perused over the entries and was able to come up with our winner's selection who were rewarded accordingly.

We also had an honorable mention for those who couldn't make it to the ranks but had good entries. Winners also received a full upvote from my account and additional support with the steem-ghana account. Currently leaders thus I and njaywan have decided to help host a contest every week to help enhance membership engagement.

To encourage membership participation in club5050, club75, and club100 I regularly host the top 3 clubs 5050 posts where members who are eligible for any of the various clubs who have good writeups are highlighted to bring the attention of the community to their good work.

These individuals also get to benefit from support from country representatives nattybongo and njaywan as well as steem-ghana account and booming support. The lucky ones who are eligible for club100 or club75 get to also benefit sometimes from @steemcurator01 or @steemcurator02. This also helps encourage membership powerups to be eligible for clubs support.

The steem-ghana account is the official curation account for the steem-ghana community and I do well to ensure that the account is used every day to support members who continue to post through the community. As it stands now the account has effective power of 19,207.66 SP out of which 6,621.87 SP were received in the form of the delegation from members.

At 100% manna, the account can issue an upvote worth $0.23 which is sometimes worthwhile for members to receive at any point in time. Members are always voted at 100% to help them receive sometimes appreciable on their posts always.

I also always follow up the upvotes with my account which is currently having an effective power of 16,777.53 SP which is worth $0.20 at 100% manna. According to steemworld, I was able to support 40 accounts with 59 upvotes within the last 7 days as of the time of this report. I always vote with 100% manna and leave the accounts to recharge around 80% for the next day.

Powerups are the only ways to grow on the blockchain and as a leader, I ought to lead by example by ensuring that I consistently power up so that others would follow up and do the same. I am currently club75 eligible with a total powerup of 871.080 STEEM and a total transfer of 215.624 STEEM dating from the 6th of February to the 6th of April.

For my weekly powerups thus the time frame of this report from the 29th of March to today I have been able to power up a total of 272.123 STEEM. I am keen on continuously doing this to ensure that not only do I serve as an example for my country folks but also help me grow to be able to do more to help my people.

With the resumption of booming support for the community, things have started looking up even better and I am optimistic it gets even better from now. I am keen on helping members to become the best they can be on the blockchain by supporting them in every way possible.
