Lets Just Have a Quick Look What's Going on...
One of the things I adore about living in Thailand is the wide array of wildlife that I don't see in England. Especially the reptiles and snakes.
The problem is, getting them to stand still long enough for a selfie! This little fella is a type of Iguana and I chanced upon him when out walking to the coffee shop early one morning.
Luckily, I spotted him from a distance and managed to get out my compact before creeping as close I could ! He wasn't very big as you can see from the surrounding fauna.
I do love these harmless bug eating fellas, in and around the house we have geckos large and small which are great for keeping the mosquito population down. Thais don't really seem to like them in general and can't quite understand my fascination.
Apologies for the use of the masculine gender throughout, I really dont know if its a female or male. I'm sure there must be someone on Steemit who knows how to sex lizards !! Answers on a postcard please ;-)

Ah, reptiles are cool!
We don't have geckos, alligators nor crocodiles here in Estonia, but we do have lizards and I find the fact they can rid of their tail in an emergency and grow it back later pretty fascinating.
Imagine if people would just drop their limbs and grow them back later...
Like Deadpool, hahah. Even though he cut his hand off instead of it falling off.
I'd cut of my head and grow back a good looking young one lol....
Problem is, I always see loads of interesting wildlife and before Ive pulled my phone out of my pocket, its run off !! I keep trying to get a pic of a 2m long monitor lizard who lives near by us. Its amazing ! but hes across the road from one swamp to another so quickly..as for the scorpions...and of course in Thailand there are monkeys, wild tigers and elephants. Definitely don't have those in Leeds. Just a few mangy looking foxes and a squirrel or two !!
I'm waiting for you to post a photo essay on Tallinn please, I was there in 2008 but lost the camera I was using back then along with the memory card which had hundreds of pics on of Estonia and Philippines. So sad. And it's so beautiful.
Well, I don't have a lot of photos of Tallinn at the moment, but I'll definitely take some whenever I'm going for a walk (and if it's a good weather outside!)
thats the best way, natural everyday life is always best :-)
