Hi Nathan - Back on an old post showing you this so you can be aware of it since you are a supporter. We are all God's children, yes - but in this case it is an actual child being affected. The comments show many people of steem that are aware and worried about this behavior and the girl's safety.
They most times don't type in english and even when they do, their english is bad.
Our Blockchain is for all the languages!

Indonesia is the fourth population in the world. i think Steem will get more chance and growth. unfortunately, the value is to low and this make the people are lazy to do in this platform. But i am sure with your promotion in other social media, especially twitter will attract people.
As an Indonesian, I just create content and post in steemit which i am sure can take me to the success.
As i comment on @doctormoslem post. I don't create twitter account yet. But I will do it soon to get advantages too,

As a Steem Ambassador from Indonesia, I have tried my best to keep Steemian Indonesia active, but still it doesn't seem to work.
I have made contests and those who participated are also a bit because the active Indonesian Steemians are getting smaller.
In fact, the Steemian from Indonesia lacked support as appropriate votes. This further lowered the spirit of the Steemians.
Because of language differences, it does not mean that the Indonesian Steemian is not worthy of support. That is why it needs more support for Indonesian Steemians, even though the content does not write English, because the steem blockchain should be a decentralized platform that supports all languages.
Btw, I have an idea to make a contest again for Indonesian.
Thank you for always making project that evoke the spirit for Steemian.
