Imagine the process of communication as a pair dance
There are four main options for describing this process
1 - (I + You- ) I'm better, Domination
I'm the Leader, the second Led
2 - (I - You + ) You are better, Adaptation
I the Led, the second Leader
3 - (I + You + ) We are pleased, Synchronization
Couple as one
In nature, like a flock of fish
Fish swim synchronously
4 - (I- You- ) I'm not pleased, Break, settling
The pair does not form
For example - you step on the toe
