My Actifit Report Card: February 4 2019
Hi All Steemit members,
How you all doing today.
It's Monday. Means full work day.
As always I get up early and went for morning walk and jogging. Spent there for around 2 hours and performed jogging, running and warm up exercise.
Returned back home and immediately started for office. Today I was assigned with field work. Means full hard work.
Today entire day I was busy not even get enough time to have lunch properly.
And I made sure that ACTIFIT APP working in background.
Evening returned back home and checked the APP. Its showing only 8k. I don't know why. So performed rope skipping until I reached 10k activities count.
