My Actifit Report Card: October 24 2018

Hi All Steemit members,
Its Wednesday,
Today I am not well, suffering from cold, cough and fever. So didn’t able to get up early.
Get up at around 9 AM. Took leave from office today. Asked mom to prepare some soup for me.
Today entire day I was at home and on the bed just watching TV and chatting with mom and wife.
But in back of my mind ACTIFIT count is moving around.
So at evening around 6 PM decided to perform rope skipping until I reach 10k.
Restored some energy and courage and started performing rope skipping.
Every 5-10 min took small break and continued skipping until I reached 10k
Somehow around at 8PM able to reach 10K. Felt very happy and relaxed.
I hope till tomorrow I will be fine as before.
