I had a horror dream last night. I was too scared and sad in the dream, then woke up!!! This should be the consequence of the jump scare ad of Youtube... I want to learn keep aware in dream, ie lucid dream. I had this experience before but just a accidence not I controlled. Seems interesting.
昨晚發惡夢嚇醒，又恐怖又傷心，起來時心跳很快喘不過氣來。那可惡的YOUTUBE廣告！！題外話，好想試試清明夢，以前意外地試過在夢中還是清醒的，如果能控制應該滿有趣。.
Oh no! I hate horror dreams... Specially if it wakes me up in the middle of the night, because then I will have troubles trying to go back to sleep!

And yes, I would also like to learn how to do lucid dreaming, but it doesn't seem like it is a skill that can be learned (for me)... My brain is very chaotic XD
I googled some tutorial, and on youtube too (I get used to using the new player xD A bit inconvenient but better than scare of jump scare again xD ) When I watching the tutorial... I wanna fall asleep xD quite boring tutorial xD
