Why you should drink green tea !
HEY STEEMIANS ;)
Today i would like to tell you about green tea .
Green tea is very popular and healthy. The fact that the leaves are not fermented leaves almost all active ingredients in the leaves.
Many minerals like calcium and flour.
Green tea protects the cardiovascular system. Those who drink a lot of green tea reduce the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases. Stroke is also reduced.
People with Alzheimer's or Parkinson's disease who take green tea turns toxic protein deposits into non-toxic ones.
Green tea also has a natural flouride, which promotes good dental health and strengthens the tooth enamel.
This tea can also help you lose weight. It has very few calories and stimulates among others the metabolism.
I like to drink green tea hot and cold or with some lemon. And i love Matcha !

without a doubt it is one of the best you can consume
Yes i thinks so, too ;)
Thank you for this informative post. The fluoride in green tea is not the same as the fluoride in water systems or in toothpaste. That is fluoruocilicitic (sp) acid which is a toxic waste product of the fertilizer industry. Many years ago they figured out they could save a lot of money on toxic waste disposal by getting people to eat and drink the poisonous substance. I am glad there is a safe form of this necessary nutrient in green tea. Are you familiar with Soursop leaf tea? I would love to see you write an article about the healthy properties of this tea. I drink it every day with a little lemongrass. Upvoted and following!
Hello thanks for the nice words.
I also do not like the fluoride in toothpaste.
Are you familiar with Soursop leaf tea? No. But it sounds good. I will test the tea. Have a nice Sunday
Just had my morning cup of soursop leaf tea. I get my leaves from Sri Lanka. You can order them on eBay. I get 200 leaves for about $15. I use about 6 leaves for a two quart pot of water and boil hard for at least 30 minutes. I add a teabag of lemongrass which adds a nice flavor to the already delicious tea. Let me know what you think. If you want to just try it out there is a brand of soursop with lemongrass in a teabag that I get from the Mexican grocery stores here in Las Vegas where I live. The brand is 'Tadin'. It is good, but not as good as making it from scratch. I prefer a stronger flavor it has when you make it yourself. It is being touted in the internet as a strong cancer fighter...even called a cure. I have noticed that it is very good for my skin. I get keratosis and it seems to help with that a lot. If you or any of your loved ones are fighting cancer I have a list of cancer fighting protocols that I have researched that you may wish to share.

I like green tea, but it's the first time I hear about as useful it's to do that, so I'm more motivated to drink this then before.
