Risoles Ragout Chicken

Material :

Wheat Flour (depending on want to brp many) if 1 / 2kg flour can be 27 to 30pcs
Carrot 1 / 4kg
Chicken 1 / 4kg (Chest)
UHT Milk
2 tbs salt
Royco 2 tbsp
Celery leaves and scallions (chopped)
Egg (for panir)
1 / 4kg Flour Flour

Spices:
Red Onions
6siung Garlic
Onion Bombay 1 / 2siung
Pepper (L * d * ku) 1 1 / 2sdm

Carbut:

  1. Peel the onion, garlic, and onion then blender to smooth
  2. Scarring Carrots
  3. Boil the chicken until cooked then separate chicken stock and chicken meat
  4. Chicken Suwir that has been boiled after cold
  5. Saute the onion, garlic and onion onions that have been d blender with salt, royco, pepper powder
  6. Enter carrots that have been shredded and suwiran chicken along with chicken broth
  7. Put UHT milk mixed wheat flour for all the ingredients together and not wet for easy rolling of risoles
