Better Life With Steem | The Diary Game | 13/05/2021 | Sometimes I write to Convey, Sometimes I write to Express and Sometimes I write to remind my own-self

It is now almost 4 years that I have spent on this platform, almost being here every day. In these 4 years when I look back so many things have happened in my life, some major events have also occurred which has made me think differently then what I was before as a person. And if I ask people who have been with me for a very long time, how do they see me as a person through my blogs, what will be the answer. Well I am not sure of that, everyone has their own way to perceive so let me not think of that part of it.

In this time, I have written about so many things, mainly on Travels, Crystals, Children, Meditation, Yoga, my day to day life events and very importantly about a Mindful Life.

Let me talk about this topic Mindful Life today. In this subject I have majorly written on Mental Health, Physical Health, Energy, Vibrations, Behaviors, Mindsets, Thoughts.
Majority of the times I have written because I want to spread these messages of a mindful life as much as possible. Understanding our own energy and working towards raising our vibrations to a higher level is so important and this is what I want to always keep conveying.

But then there are times when I have written these kind of blogs to remind my own-self as well. We all have our high and low moments as humans and so do I, as I mentioned in 4 years I have also gone through varied experiences and there were times when I needed strength for my own-self. In all such times, all I could do was boost my own mind through my writing. While writing I remind my own-self, that this is what is desired and then it becomes a point of reflection for me. Then exactly I know what action I have to take.

Does this happen with you, that you are battling at something within your mind and then some thing happens in your surroundings which triggers in your mind what you should be doing to get out of that chaos within your mind. Just for e.g. that you are complaining about something very small in life and then at the same time you come across someone whose problems are much larger then you and that makes you think that what you have been worrying for has not much of a value.

Likewise sometime when I write, it becomes my reflection point and then I get the answer for my situation as to what do I need to do and what do I not need to. I always talk about Energy Vampires, and then suddenly I find myself being with one. For sometime I get disturbed, I know how to get rid of that but the mind temporarily blocks. When I write of that situation, it gives me a trigger that I know what action I have to take and get out of that situation.

Writing also helps me express my emotions, sometimes I find it hard to express my emotions to my closest person, but writing takes away that load and frees up my mind.
Today I am writing to express my journey and tomorrow I may write to share my experience of the journey, but whatever it is that is a reflection of me.

Writing and expressing is such a powerful tool which can heal the mental health of a person to great extent. It just normal to have highs and lows but the way we deal with makes us different from others.
Everyone has their go to activity some like to play some like to travel while some might prefer food but what i feel is expressing through our blogs is way greater. It not only heal self but also provides a vision to others.

Personally for me, writing has been the most powerful form of expression. True, everyone has their go to activity, it is just about finding one for yourself to release any pent up emotions or just even if you want to express yourself. Thank you for sharing such beautiful thoughts @siddharthruhil
