Any excuse can be good to make a drama, I know that often we are not clear how to overcome a loss or a break but we must be kind and tolerant with ourselves, do not put limits or dates to be well, it is very normal that after the days or months sad memories come, this is more than normal to happen since you have shared and lived personal experiences with your loved ones and in the case of couples, very private, but the day will come when it will not scratch the soul and memories be of joy and learning; If you have lived it, in my case it is like that, you will know that everything is overcome and that there is no better ally than time.
