Steemit Engagement Challenge S4-W4: Roti Bakar Bandung, Our Daily Bread.

Name of the bread and its ingredients that characterize it and make it delicious for you.

It is Roti Bakar Bandung. As the name implies, this bread comes from Bandung. Bandung is an industrial city in Indonesia. Roti Bakar Bandung is a typical Indonesian baked bread. It consists of two slices of bread covered with jam.

Over time, It is increasingly recognized in various regions in Indonesia. Today, there are tons of flavors available at the Roti Bakar Bandung shop. It is generally sold via carts. However, even though it is only a simple cart, Roti Bakar Bandung is always swarmed by its customers.

I fell in love with the taste offered by Roti Bakar Bandung. I often visit the merchant to buy this toast. And when I don't go, sometimes, I entrust someone to buy it. One day, I asked and discussed with one of the Roti Bakar Bandung sellers about his struggle to build this shop, and he was happy to share it.

The ingredients that characterize the Bandung toast are the thick and soft bread stuffed with chocolate, jam, and cheese. It is made me fall in love. The thick, melted chocolate with every bite is a delicacy that makes you addicted.

Why do you like this bread?

Toast is a little different from junk food. Made from wheat flour which makes me feel full, and lasts a long time. There are two versions of toast available, namely sweet and salty toast. The sweet variant contains chocolate jam, cheese, various jams, milk and nuts. As for the salty variant, it contains eggs and beef. I usually buy sweet toast that has one layer of chocolate and one layer of cheese.

I am a food connoisseur. When buying food, I don't pay much attention to the price. What attracts me to buy food is its deliciousness. I don't mind the high price. For example, several outlets are selling the same food. And all three have different levels of delicacy. I chose the more expensive and tasty over the cheap and lots but not so tasty.

And of course, the prices never lie. Most of these delicacies cost a little more. And Roti Bakar Bandung prices vary. Depends on the flavor used. Here's a detailed price list!

This toast tastes very good on the tongue. The bakery is open every day from 3 pm to 11 pm. The chef is very experienced and friendly. He is originally from Bandung. When he was young, he left his hometown and migrated to Aceh.
