Indeed I have been posting all this time! It's great to see you too! He was indeed busy crawling about my hand and it took some time to get the weevil in the light and in the frame, glad I did though!

Thanks! That's an additional benefit of having the sun near the horizon, the shadows are deeper and that contrast between the light and dark areas picks up more details.
If you have creativity, it would never have occurred to me to photograph a weevil ... Very creative!
