The Palestinian model, Bella Hadid , is officially the most beautiful woman in the world after making progress on her sister Gigi, Beyonce, Kara Delevingne and Katy Perry.
Bella scored 94.37 percent in the beauty rating, according to Greece's Golden Ratio Standards.
Based on scientific facial survey maps, Bella's best features are her chin, the location of her eyes, and her forehead.
Beyonce was second on the list, with Anber Hurd, Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift behind her.
"It is clear that Bella Hadid is the winner, by measuring all the features of her near-perfect face," said Julian de Silva, who runs an advanced cosmetic and cosmetic surgery center.

Ya I followed her yesterday and she is pretty good artist I must saw. Her creativity is another level.. Well, I was thinking about Halloween and all are just too much glam and makeup.. May be you can come up simple affordable ideas for Halloween or may be just eyelook.. Because I am really looking for easy black Smokey eye look..
