At the top of the monument is a replica of decoration found on gravestone grave of the 9th century Pasai Hijri (15 AD) history of the Ocean found in Maddi Village, Nibong Subdistrict, North Aceh District. This is the style of the candlestick or lamp (Arab = Misykah) hanging for the light.
In the section of candlestick figures there is a chisel of the Tawheed "La ilaha illa-lallah Muhammad Rasulullah" (There is no god but Allah, Muhammad is the messenger of Allah).
This decoration reveals artistically transparent that Samudera Pasai is an Islamic kingdom that takes da'wah's duty to Islam and to exalt the phrase Tawheed that there is no god worthy of worship but Allah, and Muhammad is His Apostle.

Pada bagian atas monumen adalah replika dekorasi yang terdapat pada nisan kubur peninggalan sejarah Samudera Pasai abad ke - 9 Hijriah (15 Masehi) yang terdapat di Desa Maddi Kecamatan Nibong Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Ini merupakan penggayaan dari figur kandil atau lampu (Arab = Misykah) yang digantungkan untuk penerang.
Dalam bagian figur kandil terdapat pahat kalimat Tauhid "La ilaha illa-lallah Muhammad Rasulullah" (Tiada Tuhan selain Allah, Muhammad adalah utusan Allah).
Dekorasi ini mengungkapkan secara artistik yang transparan bahwa Samudera Pasai adalah sebuah kerajaan Islam yang memanggul tugas dakwah kepada Islam dan untuk meninggikan kalimat Tauhid bahwa tiada Tuhan yang patut disembah selain Allah, dan Muhammad adalah Rasul-Nya.
