Gettin' Uppity
Another rainy day, another gym day. The typically wet PNW weather has returned, and I gotta say -- it has me a bit down in the dumps. So I decided to get up with some pumps! A bit of a workout never hurts the spirits (unless you injure yourself, I suppose). Last training session had some supplemental bodyweight exercises scheduled after I finished "redpoint attempts on pumpy routes". So I had pretty much already drained myself trying a hard 5.11b, and an even hard 5.12b -- these pullups were hard. Neck and shoulders are feeling it today. Just gotta stay consistent, and how the weather bends over and cooperates.

Thanks dude! I'll check it out! Could always use some motivation and maybe some ideas for some calisthenics based exercises.
