@aggroed recently delegated 3k SP to the treasure chest of @msp-waves. That's amazing! Delegations go a long way to boost the posts of DJs who provide original programming.
@followbtcnews has graciously agreed to donate hosting of http://mspwaves.com. He is also hosting the server that carries our live stream.

What does @msp-waves do with its liquid rewards and donations?
@msp-waves is the official Steemit account for the MSP Waves Broadcasting Network. Stewards of the account are @r0nd0n and @globocop. The account's primary purpose is to pay the station's bills and to expand our operational and technical capabilities. We have exciting plans to share with you in the coming weeks.
Apart from DJ, Show, and Station promotion, the liquid rewards from posts made by @msp-waves provide our primary source of income to pay for:
- website and stream server hosting (x2)
- website security services
- application and web and database development
- music licensing reporting
- per-use music royalty fees
- and more
That's to pay the basics. Once we have covered all our operating expenses, we look to share proceeds from @msp-waves to pay for infrastructure, software licenses, even DJ equipment, and show promotions such as giveaways.
As we look even further ahead, we would like to hire paid staff - and to pay our team of volunteers who donate many hours of their time and expertise to run your radio station. We would also like to support our DJs. In order to do that, we need to
grow @msp-waves to become self sufficient.
