Melonport Opens Platform Up To Users For BETA launch!
Melonport is a platform that will allow users to manage their assets under one roof so that a user isn't required to manage multiple wallets or have multiple keys to maintain their coins. I have been waiting for some time for the release of an alternate platform called ICONOMI which has been in closed BETA for the past couple months. There are a few platforms such as Melonport that do similar things but I think after watching the demo video that Melonport put out it may be a little too advanced for the average person. I still think that Melonport will have it's place and is a great option, but I think ICONOMI will most likely be the easier option for most users which launches on 8/1/2017 (http://www.iconomi.net).

Yeah, I'm thinkin the same thing. Iconomi is worth the wait but I may take a look at prism :)
@stackin yeah ICONOMI is where it is at by far. I do not think that Melonport or Prizm will have the same success that ICONOMI does as it is much more simpler.

ICONOMI will be "fully"tested when launched on August so the kinks will hopefully be ironed out then. Whereas Melonport is just opening to the public for beta testing. I know I will be waiting for ICONOMI.
@marcusxman Yeah I'm waiting on ICONOMI as well as Melonport I'm sure is nice but you have to do too much to set it up and I do not think that the masses will adopt to it quickly like they will with ICONOMI.

Agree, ICN are dominating with their ICNX and ICNP funds. Only thing though Iconomi is not letting US users in unless somethings changed? I was looking so forward to buying ICNX, went to verify my number and boom locked me out! Being a top ICN ICO investor that makes me disappointed to say the least.
@hedge-x as of 8/1/2017 everyone will get access since only the BETA users are allowed in the platform now. I think that is good so that they can work out the bugs before the masses come as they are going to be coming by the boat loads in my opinion when this thing does launch.

This is cool but having too many exchanges is diluting the total volume of of the various cryptos across the networks -- maybe allowing bad ones to survive im not sure. Would be cool to have a private platform that supports them all.
@satchmo this platform is actually designed to allow you to manage your cryptos like an index fund instead of having to buy each one at various different exchanges you can just do it through Melonport.
