It's time to start treating your Steemit page like the company it is!!!!!
Welcome back to another vlog by your boy @mrviquez I hope you all are having a great Steemiful day!!!!! Today I woke up feeling inspired to do something great. I'm not sure exactly what that will be but the point is that I am inspired. It has been the feeling I have a felt everyday since my Steemit journey began.
There are a lot of people on here who are earning very nice rewards for their efforts. The only thing is that most of those people do not view or treat their page as a company or business. Whether you realize it or not we are all owners of a business. The product we are selling is ourselves. Some people vlog like myself and others take pictures or write articles. Essentially we are giving the world a piece of our mind, by giving people a glimpse of who we each view the world. This makes Steemit one very powerful platform.
If you are on Steemit today than you are one of the lucky ones. The price of Steem is grossly undervalued and it will go up significantly over time making it very expensive for anyone to join and have a large amount of SP. So use you luck to your advantage. Create great content and try to earn as much as you possibly can so that your SP makes you rich in a year from now.
Let's start becoming more business minded and create companies that will be the envy of all the future Steemit users. We all have a chance to be legends on the platform if we play our cards right. I'm aiming for the tippy top. So even if I don't make it to the number one account the effort that I put in will put me higher than those who are happy where they are. In order to succeed on here you have to be a hustler and you have to be AWAKE!!!! Don't worry about how the next person is making his or her money. Focus on how you can improve yourself. Time and energy spent talking and worrying about the next person is time wasted that could have been spent on your own craft.
I said it before and I will say it again. The only person that can ever stop you from doing what you want to do is yourself!!!!!

I think steemit is different things to different people. But those who focus on rewards should def think like a business.
I agree Steemit is different to everyone but those who are on now have the upperhand at becoming really great and successful in the future. If you look up the stats there are only 30,000 or so accounts that are active everyday

What the barrier? There are many bloggers on the web, and we should be getting more and more active users.

Blogging has been around since 1994. We may need to figure out what is the most relevent way to present this tech that is a leap beyond what Snapchat is doing.

thanks for resteeming @lukinsawyer - that's why I saw it, hah. Yes, I agree we definitely need to focus on Steem for the long term - just like it's best to invest in bitcoin long term, not look for a few hundred bucks and sell. Another long term strategy which I've heard is best (and I may post on later) is the multi channel approach. So the most successful folks here seem to be those that tie their Youtube, Facebook, etc into Steemit, also might be selling a few products and hit from every angle possible.
Super important advice for new steemit users like myself! Definitely gotta treat this like a business to succeed! Love the vlog and the great use of music!
