Markets at Hazelhurst Regional Gallery, plus My Actifit Report Card: October 13 2019
Today was a big day. mrshill (my wife) was selling at Hazelhurst art and design market. She makes and designs jewellery. I helped unload the van, set up, pack up and manned the stall a couple of times in the afternoon. There was lots of walking to and from the car park! After we set up there wasn’t much for me to do for a while so I headed back to the van and read a book (I’m reading ‘Big brother’ by Lionel Shriver) and messed about on steem.

We got home at about 5pm and I headed out for a 5.96 kms run. I didn’t feel that great for the first half but settled in to a rhythm and finished strongly!
