What is going on with alt coins?
When i first started with Bitcoin about a year ago there was very little insight into alt coins. Now all of a sudden some coins are able to reach ~.01-.05 btc worth. I think this is what is going to kill bitcoin and the idea. if all these alt coins are being developed whats the point of bitcoin? it seems that most alt coins besides the major 3 are all hype at the release and within 6 months they are extinct. Its almost as if the community is trying to get away from bitcoin just to make some quick cash via trading.
