Sadly people jump on the left or the right ideology when both are shown to not be the answer. In the end, it is the same system. The right moves the money from the middle class to the wealthy while the left moves the money from the middle class through the poor to the wealthy.
It always ends up in the same place. The rich get richer (read bankers).
That is the mantra....what makes you think that about the right? Have you noticed what the religious right stands for? They account for over 20% of the voting block and they want collectivism with a different master...the church. So what is the difference between the church and state being your Lord.

As long as you engage in the left right debate, the true lords, the banksters, laugh all the way to the bank. They control both MSNBC and FoxNews. They own the corporations and the politicians. They indoctrinate the masses to believe there is a difference. They tout nationalism and pride for the masses when they operate geopolitically and without boundaries.
