Steemit menitoned on Keiser Report
This video has just been posted and while I was watching it, out of nowhere Steemit has been mentioned by Jeff Berwick aka The Dollar Vigilante. Kaiser Report is a great source of finance and bitcoin news, and when Steemit is being mentioned more and more, that is great news for the growth of this site and the whole Steem blockchain. Together with Steem fundamentals and news outlets like this, we are going to have a bright future ahead. Steem can easily replace Bitcoin as the main crypto currency, the only things we need are few good PC and mobile wallets and mass adoption

All quite easy to achieve when you have block speed of 3 seconds and almost unlimited scaleability.
It's a just a matter of time at this point. Before I joined Steemit I posted on facebook that I would be willing to help people if they didn't understand the basics of buying crypto. I spent DAYS walking them through the process. Of course, when the correction happened I spent days walking my friends off the proverbial cliff. Now that the market seems to be holding , people I know are slowly starting to ask again. I think that there's a really high barrier to entry to buying crypto in the beginning. Its scary. Once people get comfortable with that, Steemit is the next natural step. I think that the growth will be exponential this year. I just hope I have enough time to buy Steem, lol! Moon soon :)
The first step actually takes years to make for people that are not interested in this type of technological advancements like crypto. Some of my friends still won't do it, but they will realize sooner or later that this is the future that is happening right now, and it is passing them by. Moon soon :)
You’d think with success you’ve had on steemit you’d be a walking billboard for it to your friends 😂 You might be right, it may take a couple years. I know that seems like an eternity in crypto, worst case, moon soon-ish.🙈

I for myself see Steemit getting more and more popular. Just yesterday I saw 2 different guys in the metro scrolling through Steemit content on there phone. And also friends of mine who ain't really interested in Cryptocurrency at all start talking about it and asked me to help them setting up a account and show them the basics. I really see a great future in Steemit and I'm proud to be part of it!
When people in the metro are using Steemit you know it's TIME! A great time to be here and to be a part of something that just started to rise.
I know that BTC has a huge impact on whole cryptomarket and when BTC comes down, than every altcoins come down too. However there are many better technologies, that makes BTC looks like an old man.
Btc is the first one, that fact will always hold every other coin as a hostage. In terms of dollar value every coin will be worth more, or less depending on what will btc do.
What i dont realize is why Steem isnt already massively adopted in the cryptocurrency market if the transaction fees along with transaction times are so much lower. Wouldnt that mean that the speculators could potentialy make, if these graphs and numbers are correct, 200 times more transactions with Steem then they can with Bitcoin in the same amount of time.
What am i missing here?
There is still a stigma of bad launch going on in crypto sphere about steem, takes time and development (hardforks) to move up from preconceived notions people created in their minds long time ago about steem. But we are getting there, nobody can escape these numbers anymore and the market will respond. I can definitely see us in the top 10 in the future.

Steemit is only at the beginning of the journey. Those who are patient will be rewarded heavily in the end in my opinion.
