My First Double Card Daily Reward

I've been playing Splinterlands a few weeks now and have been getting a lot of reward cards to bolster my deck. Other than the season rewards the cards have been coming in as single cards. Today was different, I have finally advanced high enough that I've reached the silver league and am not receiving two cards for my daily rewards.
With all the talk about how Beta edition cards will start to become more rare now that the Beta Booster packs are all sold out, I though it would be a good idea to start using the DEC I earn battling to buy some cards in the market. I haven't been able to afford very many yet, but now that I'm in the silver league the DEC is starting to accumulate a little faster.
I think for now I'll be picking up some of the cheaper common cards and summoners. I've started by concentrating on the Life Splinter. This should allow me to be a little more competitive in the silver league and thereby increase my DEC earnings.
