Murder on The Orient Express! [MovieReview#6] - The paranoia in a shelter train
Back to the movies! this time i will post about Movie Review again, after 2 post before was about the game. The movie is "Murder on The Orient Express" yeah this is about murder literally. But not the gore side, it is the mystery side, well if you like mystery and solving some thing. this movie will left a big task for you.
Well, , ,
What would happen if the train you were traveling for days upon a sudden killing accident? Inhale, because in this movie you will be invited to play the puzzle and guessing looking for a killer in a fast train called the Orient Express, which is a luxury train for the upper class across the continent of Europe. Just a little warning: if you feel challenged with the film solve the mystery, or like the movie detective stories, then this movie will make you feel smarter than since the first 30 minutes!
For those of you who do not know, this film is lifted from Agatha Christie's new novel with the same title, Murder on The Orient Express. Already several times adapted to the silver screen, but now you can enjoy the visualization of the director (who also plays the main character), Kenneth Branagh, in the movie duration 1 hour 54 minutes is on the big screen. From the beautiful view of the city of Istanbul to the opening of the film until the winter visual is perfectly illustrated as if you were a train passenger from Istanbul to London.
That's where the journey started. Hercule Poirot (Kenneth Branagh) who had just completed a mission in Jerusalem (Syria in his original book), and just wanted a vacation, was suddenly asked to return to England immediately because of an emergency. With the help of his old friend, Mr. Buoc (Tom Bateman) who is a managing director of Orient Express, Poirot can get a spot on the fastest train with the Istanbul route to London that is already full of passengers. On the way, Poirot was approached by Ratchett who was played by Johnny Depp's character who asked for protection because he had just received death threats in exchange for tens of thousands of dollars. However, in order to maintain the credibility of the world's successful detective, Poirot threw away the tens of thousands of dollars because he did not like Ratchett personally.
Not long after this tough discussion, a murder took place on a train that was crossing a snow storm. A passenger was found killed in his closed cabin. Due to the heavy snowfall, this luxury train was squeezed in the middle of a pile of snow. Being out of reach of the police, Tuon Buoc finally enlisted the help of Poirot who was also the best detective in the world to help find the culprit.
In addition to Ratchett, you will initially be introduced to other passenger characters played by Penelope Cruz, Williem Dafoe, Judi Dench, Josh Gad, Leslie Odom, Jr., Michelle Pfeiffer and Daisy Ridley. Yes, as much as this then it's time to activate the memory, or let this be a fine warning from being banned sleepy. Because once you lose concentration, you fail to solve the mystery.
All the characters are able to deepen the character with perseverance. Understand the depression Penelope Cruz, intimidated by Judi Dench, passionate Michelle Pfeiffer, all one! No wonder still, because some players titled, if not the winner, but also the Oscar nominees.
Anyway back again, the murder mystery on the Orient Express can only be solved with Poirot's keen observations and sharp brains. A conversation with every passenger character can be transformed into an important clue. Put an eye, listen! If you're familiar with Cluedo's game, that's about describing the story of this movie. The audience is invited to solve the mystery of some evidence that has been collected. Cosmo applauds the director who is able to visualize an assumption that is described in a book more easily understood by the audience.
As a novelist of criminal stories, Agatha Christie succeeds in making a storyline that seeks attention and drain emotions. And as a media that had the opportunity to watch this movie first before launching today, 29 November, according to Cosmo hard work director to bring the emotions of the audience so up and down quite successful. Although in the middle of the film you will need ammunition like a snack, or drink, to keep the brain fresh and can think hard! Again, do not get sleepy.
Well, can you guess who the perpetrator of his murder? Was he one of the train passengers or was there an escape? Maybe you can develop the clue that is in the movie trailer, "Everyone is a suspect!" Congratulations thinking hard!
