Les cuento un poco de mi, me gradué de Derecho hace un par de años👩🎓, me encanta la playa, la considero mi segundo hogar aunque actualmente no pueda ir con tanta frecuencia, cosa que cambiaremos y ustedes me acompañaran.
Hacer ejercicios, escuchar música es otra cosa que me encanta hacer siento que es una manera increíble y sana de desestresarse, juntos podremos hacer retos a ver si mejoramos la forma en que nos vemos físicamente y con ellos aumentamos nuestro Autoestima, palabra super importante en este blog porque aquí reforzaremos ese amor propio que a veces perdemos por circunstancias y adversidades que nos alejan de nuestra esencia, aquí encontrarán consejos y tips que podremos aplicar y nos servirán en la vida diaria!
