A brilliant sunrise
If you haven't figured it out by now, I am kind of a sunrise and sunset nut. I watch the sunrise and sunset nearly everyday and photograph them if they are worth seeing again. I have seen a lot of sunrises so believe me when I tell you it is rare to see one as brilliant as this! It was truly mind blowing.
The way the colors move across the sky is almost like a dance, it was so amazing to watch. At some points the clouds looked like they were blazing with fire. When the bright yellow sun was just about to peak over the mountains the colors were so bold!
I fell in love with sunrises and sunsets when I was in the military serving in Iraq. It was the only time I could escape life for a few moments and just enjoy the beauty in such an ugly situation. I learned to appreciate the little things in life because of that. The sunrise is just a blank canvas every morning for the universe to paint once a day, luckily for us, we get to enjoy as long as we wake up early enough!
I took these pictures with two different lenses, that is why I have so many different zoom angles.
I never edit any photos.
Remember, it is hard to have a bad day when you start off your day with beautiful sunrise.

Wow, if that is your undoctored image I can only imagine how it feels! Hum. And now I hear thinking of if they can replicate the look completely with VR devices.
Oh that would be so cool! Im gonna have to look into that when i get to costa rica and buy a 360 degree view camera!! 😆
Wow! Dude It seems the sunrise and sunset looks better on that side. Pretty cool with many special colours. This scenery can make one look younger everyday.

They are way better in this part of the country then where I lived previously too.. Thats why ive been doing my best to enjoy every last one of them! Glad u enjoyed it bro.
Whoa. Nature is truly the greatest artist in the world. No one can ever beat that sun rise.
How magical and how fascinating our 3rd rock from the sun is, and yet there are still so many out there are yet to appreciate this beautiful place we can live and experience life.

I agree. People think it takes so much to be happy, when in truth it takes so little.. the true beauty and happiness in life doesnt come from the things we buy 😉
I to love sunrise and sunsets, Havent been out to see any for a couple of weeks now for a variety of reasons and am almost gettign withdrawal synptoms

Stunning shots 🙂 I worked in the Kalahari desert for a while and occasionally would have to spend all night out watching our study animals and trying not to die of cold/tiredness/venomous creatures. It was always an almost mystical moment walking back to camp all alone as the sun was coming up and just see a new day dawning. Like a trial had passed and now there was light in the world again 🙂

OMGG I'M also a big fan of sunrise/sets. I can totally relate, the movement of the colors is really fascinating and and no two sunrise/set looks the same, everyday it looks different and that what makes it more beautiful!!
yeah, the fact that they are different every time is what makes them so amazing! if you have time to check out more of my page I have quite a few good post of sunrises and sunsets. I try to post a few every week because they are so damn beautiful out here in arizona ;)
