Kraken listed Waves and BAT

If there is one thing that certain in the crypto world is that....things can change in a blink of an eye. That means that if you stay focused, stay informed and watch the news on the web most likely you have an advantage compared to others.

Did I mention that you need to check your email address at least twice a day? NO? Well you should.

The reason I am mentioning the email is simply because all the big exchanges you might be registered at often inform about future actions that are about to take via email.

Just like Kraken.com, which is the one I prefer to use when I am about to invest using fiat money.

Long story short, I forgot to check my email yesterday only to realize that I great trading opportunity was lost. Wonder why? Let's see. This is the email I received yesterday from the Kraken team.

What time will funding and trading start?

Funding: Kraken will enable deposits and withdrawals for both assets at approximately 13:30 UTC on August 22.
Trading: We will enable trading at the same time as funding. Limit buy orders can be placed at this time. The first trade executions will take a bit longer because sell orders cannot be placed until deposits are credited (see required confirmation times here).
Kraken will post updates on the status page near launch time.

So how did Waves and BAT perform since yesterday's announcement?

Well sometimes charts speak for themselves and this is definitely one of those times. Waves climbed from 1.17$ to 1.34$ in less than 36 hours. That is ~ 15% growth...and 100% missed opportunity...

Let's check BAT too.

Not bad either. BAT went all the way up to 0.202$ while 36 hours back it was sitting at 0.169$. This is also ~15% growth in less than 36 hours.

Bottom line is that when a big exchange decides to list a new coin things look green at least for the first 24 - 48 hours.

So don't make the same mistake I did. Keep checking you email, your Twitter feed...your Telegram...
